12-week Consultations

We will discuss what is and what might not be working so we can refresh and adjust the plan moving into the next 12 weeks. These can be done in person or a video call what ever works best for you.

Personalised Action Plan

A detailed, tailored programme including fitness, nutrition, and lifestyle recommendations.

Progress Tracking Tools

Use of apps or trackers to monitor fitness, nutrition, and health metrics in real-time.

Monthly Focus Meetings

We will get together as a team to refocus for the month ahead. This is a chance to discuss challenges and set an achievable direction for the month.

Who is my one-to-one coaching for?

Anyone who is wanting to make changes to better their health! I provide a holistic approach to coaching, whether you have certain fitness goals, looking to improve general health, improve confidence, or weight loss. My focus is to work with you as an individual.

What can I expect from my coaching session?

All sessions start with a general warm-up and mobility flow. how the session is ran will depend on your goals and experience, but I will listen and observe. You will never be pressured into doing anything that you don’t feel comfortable to do. My aim is to make these sessions enjoyable for you.

How often will we meet?

You will have one weekly training session with me and a choice to join my monthly focus meeting and 12-week consultations.

How much does it cost?

The one-to-one coaching is a £160 monthly commitment. This includes everything mentioned above with PT sessions.

Do I have to track calories?

No, not if this does not work for you. I have different strategies for us to use to find what works best for you!

Will I receive ongoing support between sessions?

You will be able to contact me via WhatsApp. I will generally reply the same day unless it is a weekend. You will also have access to my WhatsApp group where everyone is supportive. It's like your own group of cheerleaders!
