What is Wild Movers all about?

It’s about bringing people together outdoors! Our bodies are designed to move but the way modern life is now, we move very little, spend less time outside, and spend less time connecting to people. These sessions are designed for all the family and help bring back the fun to movement.

Where does it take place?

Workington Hall Park at the moment, but I am looking to bring these sessions to other areas.

What should I expect during a session?

Fun! Each session is different, we play fun movement games, along with practicing our balance and coordination. To finish the session we do 15 minute strength circuit and cool down.
